The short version

What SnagFrog does

Every app and game gets a report page people will bother to use. A one-line widget adds a Report a bug button to a web game or site, and a small Swift package adds Report an Issue to a Mac app's Help menu. Screenshots, logs and diagnostics come along with the report.

Reports from every app land in one inbox. SnagFrog ships an MCP server and a Claude skill, so you can say "fix these reports and tell the users". Claude reads each report with its logs, opens the right repository, fixes and tests the code, leaves you a note with the commit and writes to each reporter in plain words.

In detail

What you can do

  • A report page per app

A branded form for each app, with its own colour, intro and thank-you text. Screenshots, logs and diagnostics come along automatically.

  • One inbox for every app

Sort reports by priority and label, and move through them from the keyboard: j and k to move, e to close, / to search. You can also act on many reports at once.

  • Fix with Claude

Seven MCP tools let Claude list and read reports, add notes, update them and reply. It knows where each app's code lives and never emails anyone unless you say notify.

  • Real two-way email

You reply from SnagFrog and reporters answer from their inbox. Every reporter gets a private link to follow their report without signing up.

  • Logs you can read

The end of each log shows inline, with errors highlighted and a filter that narrows it as you type. Console errors from web games come along too.

  • Private by default

Each workspace's data is kept apart by row-level security, and attachments sit in private storage. Reporters see exactly what is sent, and on macOS they can untick the logs.

What does it cost?

Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of everything, no card needed. After that, Indie is $9 a month or $90 a year, and founding members pay $5 a month or $49 a year for as long as they stay subscribed.

Does Claude email my users on its own?

Only when you ask it to notify them. Otherwise it drafts the replies and waits for your OK.

What gets collected?

What the reporter types and attaches, plus app version, OS and device info. On macOS, the reporter sees the logs and can untick them before sending.

Which platforms?

Anything with a browser link. A one-line widget for web games and sites, and a small Swift package for Mac apps.
